What do we associate with Sweden?
The Vikings lived there, Pippi was born there and a famous band ABBA comes from there as well as the inventor of dynamite - Alfred Nobel. Sweden - full of fresh air with splendid polar auroras and picturesque sceneries.
Sweden is a cradle of winter sports, especially skiing. It is also a paradise for anglers. You can fish a beautiful salmon even in Stockholm. The citizens are famous for they peaceful attitude, in contrast to their warlike ancestors. They adore enjoying themselves and therefore they willingly take advantage on the seasons of the year organizing feast like: spring ( 30 April - Walpurgis Night), summer (21 June - Middsummer's Day), winter (13 December - Saint Lucia Day).
Who can be an Au Pair?
You can be an Au Pair in Sweden if:
- you are at least 18 - 25 years and 10 months old,
- you have experience of taking care of children,
- you have finished secondary school,
- you know English or Norwegian at least to an average level,
- you are healthy,
- you can stay in Sweden for 3 - 24 months,
- you have no previous convictions.

- Photocopy of your driving licence (if you have one) (+ we ask that you get an international driving licence, which can be obtained at the Department of Communication at your Council Office , and bring it into our office to be scanned)
- Certificate of no previous convictions
- 2 passport photos
