Belgium

What do we associate with Belgium?

Belgium is famous for its diamond grinderies in Antwerp, pralines, splendid carpets and laces as well as for the fact, that comics art was born right there. Also french fries were invented there at the beginning of the last century.

A characteristic symbol of the capital of Belgium - Brussels - is the Manneken Pis - the peeing boy's figurine. According to the custom, official guests of the capital bring clothes as a gift for the Manneken.
